About this MasterClass

You are invited for a unique journey of faith, wealth and success which seeks to ignite a new vision of economic leadership.

This MasterClass is based on Almir's personal experience with Islamic finance and the lessons he learned along the way.

The main theme is centred on the “Shepherd's model" of economic leadership that Almir developed after years of researching the best business and finance practices.

The model itself is based on the Prophet Muhammad's (may peace and blessings of Allah be upon Him) statement that we are all shepherds and therefore responsible for the people and situation around us. From this statement, Almir extracted an economic model which frames our economic functions into 3 key pillars or domains.

The focus of this MasterClass will be on the 3rd Pillar which deals with economic leadership and wealth creation.

Why Leading with Islamic Finance

There is a universal demand to create a fairer economic system, as both capitalism and socialism have lost their way and do not know how to answer the moral challenges of our time.

Today – we must respond just like Yusuf (AS) did when he protected economic integrity with his wise leadership at his time.

When we think about the things we need today from entertainment, spirituality, health, business, education, banking and other halal products and services, we want everything to be consistent with Islamic values and lifestyle.

  • This MasterClass is about reimagining Islamic finance as the Engine of Growth for the Islamic economy.
  • Aim is to transform Islamic Finance into high-impact entrepreneurial operation which is at the heart of the Islamic economic system.
  • The fruit of this work is to be the most beneficial to other people. To take care of the weak and lead the strong amongst us.
